Hailing from the forests of Ralas Than, Leldorin is an anomaly of his kind. Most Ralas Thanians prefer isolation and are arrogant towards other races. But not Leldorin. He is instead curious about the world outside of Ralas Than. In fact he has just recently finished a journey that took him almost four years and many hundreds of miles to the East. His curiosity makes him amenable to the other peoples of the world, although he still tries to remain aloof and distant, a watcher of the world as opposed to a participant. Occasionally his upbringing causes conflicts with others as the traditional arrogance of those from Ralas Than comes to the fore. He is skilled at stalking and remaining unseen, making him a good hunter. He prefers to come at problems, and opponents, from an unseen angle, using surprise and misdirection as his two most potent weapons. He usually favors a short bow, the kind women or children use. He also has been trained in the complex dueling form common to the “upper crust” of Ralas Than society, utilizing a thin bladed rapier and an off-handed parrying dagger.
